If one of our systems comes damaged or broken that is covered in our 3 day Post Delivery Warranty and we will ship you a working system ASAP .
We have a 3 Day Post Delivery Warranty which means after the PC has arrived the 3 day warranty begins .
If the customer has personally damaged one of our systems they have voided the warranty and are not entitled to a refund or free replacement .
